About Tutto
Bold events. Quiet logistics.
What we do
We turn ideas into unforgettable events.
Tutto was built around a simple idea: the host shouldn't have to carry the event.
Not the timings, the supplier questions, the quiet panic when something shifts, or the small decisions that can make or break an event.
That is our job.
Tutto plans, coordinates and runs weddings, milestone celebrations and corporate events for people who care deeply about the experience.
We bring structure, calm and a clear eye to the moving parts: the brief, the run sheet, the suppliers, the room, the timing and the things guests should never have to notice.
Based in Orange and working across New South Wales, Tutto runs events across private properties, specialist venues and the occasional paddock soirée. The setting changes, but the standard doesn't.

Calm is not a personality trait. It's a plan.
The Founder
Tiffany Holland.
I've spent years in rooms where timing, attention and calm mattered.
It started in classrooms, wrangling groups of 12-year-olds and learning quickly that control is not about being loud. It is about reading what is happening, knowing what needs to happen next, and keeping the room with you while everything moves.
This evolved into rooms of a different kind, working with investors, founders and senior leaders across the private and public sector, where no one has time for mistakes. You learn to run a tight brief, to read the energy of a room and respond to it, not react.
That instinct sits at the centre of Tutto.
A good event should never feel over-managed. It should feel easy, generous and alive, because behind it, someone is completely across the detail.
What we know
The things that make the event work.
Nothing gets missed.
We already thought of it. The detail that makes the moment, the question that needed asking weeks ago. We catch it before it becomes something you can see.
Not everything goes to plan.
Vendors run late. Weather turns. You won't know about most of it, because it will be handled before it ever reaches you.
Your people are guests, not crew.
The people who love you should be in the room with you, holding a drink, not a clipboard.
Regional doesn't mean second-rate.
A property an hour from anywhere can be as considered as anything in the city. We know the Central West, and the people who make it sing.
Events don't fail in the planning. They fail in the last five per cent.
A glass runs dry. A speaker overruns. A guest can't find the toilet. The last five per cent is the whole game. It's the part we're built for.
Your only job is to enjoy yourself.
We plan it, coordinate it, run it. You arrive a little late, looking exactly as good as you planned, and have the best night of the year.
Ready when you are
