We build the full run sheet. We take over supplier liaison in the lead-up, and run a logistical review for the gaps and clashes that only show up when someone's looking for them. Venue coordination, from bump-in and access to pack-down and contingency, sits with us. A final briefing goes out before the day, so everyone arrives knowing their part.
